Put Relax On Your To Do List

Journalist Sydney J. Harris said, “The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.”

We have a tendency to relax only after we’ve finished everything else on our “to do list.”  We crash at the end of a full day.

The truth is, though, if we’d crash in the middle of our busy days, we’d actually get more done.

Joyful Springers put relax on their to do lists.  They make kicking back a priority.

If you schedule chill-out time in the midst of your work, you’ll find you have more energy for the rest of the day.

Churn It Up

When we feel tired and depleted, our natural instinct is to avoid exercise and energetic activities.  But did you know that the more you move, the more energy you have to move even more?

Joyful Springers churn it up.  They get in motion when they’re tired; they find some fun activity that joyfully energizes them.

Energy isn’t something you have to wait for.  It’s something you can create with your action.
