Burrow In When Necessary
Being energetic is great, but burnout isn’t. Don’t confuse frenetic action with joy.
Joyful Springers burrow in when necessary. They play with abandon, but they know when to stop and find a safe place to recharge.
When you need to rest, STOP and rest. In the long run, you’ll have more energy and more fun, if you balance your action with inaction.
… another wise tidbit from a joyful English Springer Spaniel.
[Sophie and her teddies are back. Sophie's owner, Lynda, took this photo after Sophie had a fun-filled day with her grandparents. She was "worn out." Thanks, Sophie, for guest starring again on The Joyful Springer.]
