There is one sure way of having a blast everyday. Get a little goofy.

Joyful Springers know how to be goofballs. They embrace their silly side.

Serious is necessary in some situations, but there’s more energy in goofiness than there is in rigid control. Get a little wild today. You may be surprised at how much better your whole day goes if you do.
