Kiss Away Rough Words

Ingrid Bergman said, “A kiss is a lovely trick designed by nature to stop speech when words become superfluous. ” And so it is.

Sometimes, words can get us in a lot of trouble in close relationships. Love degenerates into bitterness, and before we know it, we’ve said things we don’t want to say.

Joyful Springers kiss away rough words. They deliberately turn to the sweet connection in a relationship instead of following hurt to more hurt.

When you’re tempted to spew angry words at a partner, try a kiss instead. That loving connection can change negative energy in an instant.

Let Others Check You Out

Being private is one thing. Being so private that others can’t get to know you is another. When you guard yourself too closely, you miss out on wonderful new relationships.

Joyful Springers let others check them out. They know that connection starts with knowledge, and they’re willing to open themselves up so others can learn about them.

When you reveal yourself to others, you invite them to reveal themselves to you. Those revelations can enrich your life tremendously.
