Some people think that in order to be unique, they need to be so outrageous that they’re crude.  They think being shocking means being authentic.

Joyful Springers are in good taste.  They know they can be themselves and still have at least a little decorum.

When you go looking for your individuality, see if you can find it with some charm and honor.

Energy levels are contagious.  If you’re slow and lethargic, you’ll spread it to others.  Once it spreads to others, it can come back to you.

Joyful Springers set a perky pace.  They share their happy energy with everyone around them.

Before you interact with others today, take a few deep breaths, put your shoulders back, and smile.  The increased energy these three little body shifts give you will affect others and return to you multiplied.
