Be A Bunny In Bramble
When the tangled bramble of problems come our way, we have a tendency to get stuck in them. We talk about our situation. We read about or listen to others who have similar issues. We turn into slow-moving turtles, crawling through the misery of it all with our heads barely poked out of our shells.
Joyful Springers are bunnies in the bramble. When they encounter a problem, they zip, “quick like a bunny” through it. Maybe they don’t solve it, but they quickly find a way to remove their attention from it. And when they do that, the problem often resolves itself.
The more attention you give to your problems the bigger they tend to get. Don’t get too comfortable lingering in your struggles. Start racing toward a clear path to what you want.
… another wise tidbit from a joyful English Springer Spaniel.
