Create Symmetry

Most of us move through our lives just a little off balance, tilting this way and that, lurching from one problem to the next. We manage to get along, but there’s nothing smooth about it.
Joyful Springers create symmetry. They find ways to interact with others and with themselves in a harmonious way. They do this by staying present and honest in all their interactions.
When you live in a reactionary way, unaware of or unwilling to express your truth, you’ll always be out of balance with yourself and others. Stay aware of your feelings today and let them guide you to the harmony you want in your life.
