Our minds can be our strongest asset.  They can also be our greatest enemy. Our minds become our enemy when we use them to generate thoughts that create fear.

Some fear–like that created by a true life or death situation–is appropriate and useful.  Most fear, though, isn’t helpful at all.  It’s False Evidence Appearing Real.  We look at events in our lives and spin imaginary scenarios from those events, guessing at what awful things could happen.  These imaginary scenarios aren’t real, but we make them seem real with our thoughts.

Joyful Springers think warm, fuzzy thoughts.  They don’t waste their mind power on thoughts that make them fearful.  They choose thoughts that make them feel secure, strong, and happy.

Your mind is yours to control.  You can choose your thoughts.  Choose the ones that make you feel good, and you’ll find that life will bring you warm, fuzzy experiences to match your focus.

Ahh.  Doesn’t that sound great?  So how do you get that kind of calm?  You deliberately choose thoughts that create it.

Joyful Springers have an armchair attitude.  They know they’re in charge of their own brains, and they’re careful to choose thoughts that bring them peace rather than stress and worry.

Ninety-nine percent of what you worry about will never happen.  So why put yourself through all that?  Look for reasons to feel peaceful and keep those thoughts at the forefront of your mind.  It will feel like you’re riding through life in a floating armchair when you take control of your own mind.

Sometimes the things we want seem way too big to achieve.  They seem so big, in fact, that we don’t believe we can get them.

And the problem is that if we don’t believe we can get something, we can’t get it.  Belief is essential to attaining dreams.

Joyful Springers never give up.  They have unwavering belief in being able to have what they want, and they keep their enthusiastic focus on their desires.

You can be, do, or have anything you want.  The universe, responding to the powerful law of attraction, has the ability to bring anything to you.  But first, you MUST believe you can get it.  Once you have that believe, never give up on it.  Keep your focus on your desire, and be ready to take just a little inspired action.  The power of your focus plus your action will create miracles.
