Get Entangled

We go around feeling like we’re alone and separate. We think we’re different than, less than, better than, or other than. The truth is we’re all connected, and in the connection lies our power.

Joyful Springers get entangled. They understand the quantum physics concept of entanglement–the universal truth that all energy is connected to all other energy. They also know that when they trust in that connection, they call on a power a gazillion times greater than their own.

Take a few moments today … and everyday … to close your eyes and imagine your energy reaching out to the universe and the whole universe’s energy flowing back to you. If you do this, you’ll find that your mind is clearer and your energy level is higher. And you’ll be happier too.

Hold On To Your Royalty

In the mundane hustle bustle of everyday life, it’s easy to start feeling unimportant and ordinary. But it’s essential that we don’t fall into the trap of thinking we’re “less than” anyone else.

Joyful Springers hold on to their royalty. They know that the lineage of love and joy and power runs through them as much as through anyone else.

You are never, ever ordinary or less than. You are ALWAYS powerful and important. Hold on to that truth today and everyday.

Hold Onto Your Books

You read it. You got it. You can move on. But then …

Time has a way of stealing knowledge.

Joyful Springers hold onto their books. They build a library of information, and they keep it close so they can go back to it whenever a fact or two slip away.

You can’t be expected to know it all, but you can surround yourself with what you need to find out what you need to know. Knowledge is power. Books hold knowledge. When you collect books … and read them, you grow your power.

Perch On Old Growth

Sometimes, problems come at us so fast we think we can’t handle them. It feels like we don’t have the resources to cope with what’s in front of us. The truth is, though, that we have all the resources we need–they’re in the totality of our life experience.

Joyful Springers perch on old growth. They draw on their past triumphs to give them the strength to face whatever is before them.

Today, you might not feel as strong as you want to be. But your strength is there–you’ve built it up over the years of your life. Reach into your past and find a moment of power in your memories. You can tap into that power and bring it into your now to handle whatever comes your way.

Organic gardener, Alan Chadwick, said, “We are the living links in a life force that moves and plays around and through us, binding the deepest soils with the farthest stars.” In other words, we are connected to every living thing in our world.

Joyful Springers link up. They are consciously aware of how their energy flows with everyone and everything around them, so they treat all living things with the respect and kindness they want themselves.

Whenever you are experiencing conflict or struggle, you’re acting as if you aren’t a direct conduit to the power and wisdom of all things in our universe. To move past any challenge, all you need to do is get quiet within and link up with the abundant energy that flows through everything.

Bear Up

It’s wonderful when we’re surrounded by a positive support system, when we have friends and family who believe in us and what we’re doing. Sometimes, though, we don’t have that luxury. Sometimes choose paths that no one understands, and when we do that, we don’t have others’ support.

What then?

Then we have to believe in ourselves.

Joyful Springers bear up. They have the fortitude and faith they need to stay firmly on their path no matter what others think of their actions.

Even if no one understands your choices, even if everyone thinks you’re crazy and you feel totally alone, you have all the support you need to keep going. The support is within you. Have faith in your own power and possibility. Have faith in you.

Grow Into Your Frog

Singer Toni Braxton said, “I’m not a diva. I’m a tadpole trying to be a frog.” The truth is we all feel like tadpoles at least some of the time. We feel small and vulnerable. We forget we have the huge power of divine energy inside of us.

Joyful Springers grow into their frogs. They know that they came from pure, positive energy, and they have access to that energy, which is the same powerful energy that creates worlds.

You are a powerful person, but your power isn’t in your efforts to control what’s going on around you. Your power lies within you, in your focus and thought. Own your power today.

Watch The Stairs

It’s tempting to turn away from your own path and look toward the threat when you have competitors or critics or some other powerful person or entity breathing down your neck. When you turn toward what you fear, though, you lose your power.

Rudyard Kipling wrote, “Never look backwards or you’ll fall down the stairs.”

Joyful Springers watch the stairs. They know they can’t control what others are doing, but they can concentrate on making their own steps sure.

Someone intimidating might be right on your heels, but don’t let that distract you from your purpose.

Put Your Paws On Your Passions

German poet, Hebbel said, “Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion.” Passion has an energy that can blast through limitation. Passion creates miracles.

Joyful Springers put their paws on passion. They look for things to be excited about, and they put all their attention on those things.

If you haven’t had much energy lately, go looking for your passions. They’ll lead you back to extraordinary power.
