Put Your Back Into It

When we really want something, we often go to one of two extremes. We either try too hard for it or we give up and fall back in retreat.

Joyful Springers put their back into it. They know that getting what they want requires a balance of inspired action (not intense struggle) and continued commitment no matter what.

Achieving your desires can’t be done with force and too much discipline. Nor can it be done by giving in. Combine persistent focus on your goal with relaxed action that comes from inspiration, and you can get where you want to go.

Never Give Up

Sometimes the things we want seem way too big to achieve. They seem so big, in fact, that we don’t believe we can get them.

And the problem is that if we don’t believe we can get something, we can’t get it. Belief is essential to attaining dreams.

Joyful Springers never give up. They have unwavering belief in being able to have what they want, and they keep their enthusiastic focus on their desires.

You can be, do, or have anything you want. The universe, responding to the powerful law of attraction, has the ability to bring anything to you. But first, you MUST believe you can get it. Once you have that believe, never give up on it. Keep your focus on your desire, and be ready to take just a little inspired action. The power of your focus plus your action will create miracles.

Load Yourself Up And Go

Pooh’s Little Instruction Book includes this bit of wisdom: “You can’t stay in your corner of the Forest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes.”

Although expecting and wanting what we want in our lives is essential to creating what we want, we can’t just sit around and wait for miracles. We have to take the energy of our desires and allow it to lead us to inspired action.

Joyful Springers load themselves up and go. They fill themselves with visions of who they want to know and what they want to experience, and then they follow their instincts and go for what they want when it feels right.

If you’ve been waiting a long time for something to happen, spend some time today feeling like it already has. Then pay attention to what you feel like doing next … and go where your spirit leads you.

[Meet Emma, and say hello again to Sidney. Emma was only eight years old when she passed away on May 8, 2009. The slow and gentle girl who earned the nickname, Eeyore, because she moved like the character in the Winnie the Pooh stories, belonged for an all-too short eighteen months to Catherine Jones. Not long after Emma was adopted, she developed cancer, and in spite of a valiant and graceful battle with the disease, she moved on from this world to a place of pure comfort and joy. She passed away in Catherine's arms, as Catherine soothed her by singing, "You are my sunshine, my only sunshine." Catherine says Emma left a "big impression on many people." Emma, Catherine says, "taught us so much in the short time she was with us." Sidney grieved the loss of her "sister" deeply.
